Getting to Know: Patty Williams

As a founding principal, Patty Williams understood the need to connect families looking for the optimal senior living community best suited to their needs.  She is a people-person and a problem-solver, which is exactly why she loved co-creating Ruby Care and helping seniors and their families find the best living option for them.  In her role as Senior Living Advisor, she knew that sometimes the task seemed daunting, but she loved to get to know her clients and worked with them to find the perfect fit.

Patty grew up in Arizona, but having called Texas her home since 2004, she feels like the saying is true, "I'm not from Texas, but I got here as soon as I could."  Patty received her Bachelor of Arts in Education from Arizona State and subsequently began working in a corporate setting.  She was introduced to healthcare early in her career and that is where she found her heart...helping others.  She loves helping people and she felt the healthcare and senior care arenas allowed her to not only utilize her knowledge and skills, but also to truly help people.

Now Patty serves as a consultant to Ruby Care.  She helps train Advisors in their assigned role where they are each committed to helping seniors and their families make informed decisions.  Patty feels that with the Ruby Care model of meeting with  clients face-to-face, Advisors are able to learn more about their clients and can then help to find options that are best suited to meet their needs and wishes.  Advisors help to take a very large puzzle and help the pieces fit together...one step at a time.

In her spare time, Patty enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering in the community and hanging out with her two dogs, Sugar Rae and Jolie Penelope.
