Getting to Know: Britt Hemsell

Britt Hemsell is a Senior Living Advisor and Content Contributor with Ruby Care, Senior Living Advisors. After joining the Ruby Care Team, she has worked with countless seniors and families helping to find just the right place for that next stage in life's journey. Having a 102-year old grandmother of her own, who is still fully independent with a little TLC, and other family members with more challenging health issues, Britt understands and appreciates that navigating and assessing the gambit of healthcare and living need options is vital.  That was not a new concept for Britt to take on.  She has a passion for others and feels blessed to work with such loving and kind clients and their family members.  She maximizes her ability to bring her knowledge and experience to the table, while advocating for families to ensure they get the best care and options for their loved ones. 

In her spare time, Britt loves traveling the world, SCUBA diving, skiing, playing competitive tennis, and enjoying time with her son and other family members.  She is an avid supporter and volunteer for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Delta Zeta Collin County Alumni and DZ UTD Collegiate Liaison.

It is Britt’s hope to leave those she comes in contact with a little brighter than they were before. Sometimes all it takes is a kind word, a smile, or a hug to brighten a person's day.
